Read-a-thon update #1

Ouch, after a major setback (A birthday dinner for my uncle I just found out about this morning And that lasted a lot longer than it needed to.) my particpation in this thing looks wimpy. I only managed to finish hitchiker's guide and get 20 pages into House of leaves. I gotta get off and kick my ass into gear.
